"Not dazed," Ellandra mumbled vaguely, tiredly, almost lazily. "Just... comfortable..." Though she did move so that she wasn't keeping him pinned down.

"Better these last few times around?" Faolan asked, sitting up and scooting for the edge of the bed. He looked back at her. "You gotta come with me, love. I need to find a knife."

Ellandra sat up and rubbed at her eyes a little with her unbound hand, trying not to look tired. "...Not to skin Rags with, I hope," she mumbled sleepily, looking a tiny bit dazed despite her earlier claim. She smiled at Faolan, then traced the ribbon with her free hand, wincing a little. "Keagan tied it so tightly. . . do you suppose he was trying to make a point?" She asked, watching Faolan and feeling content and happy, her heart full to the point of bursting.

Faolan looked at the ribbon, then at Ellandra. "Yes," he answered simply, then got up, pulling her gently up with him. He moved to the dresser and knelt down, rummaging through a drawer with his free hand till he pulled up a sheathed knife. "Alright, wife. I'm gonna need you to be very still."
He drew the knife and placed the blade against the ribbon between their wrist, cutting through it easily. He cursed softly, nicking himself in trying to avoid getting the knife too close to Ellandra. Setting the knife down in the open drawer, he pulled his hand--no longer tied to Elle's--to him to examine the cut peeking out near the ribbon still tied around his wrist. "Eh, not too bad."
Smiling, he looked up at her, pointing to the ribbon still tied around her own wrist. "Is it still to tight? I can cut the knot if you want."

Ellandra shook her head. "It's fine - it's not that bad at all," She said, then grabbed his hand to look at the cut he'd given himself. "Ouch," she said softly, sympathetically, tracing the unharmed skin around it, and flinching a little at the bit of blood that had welled up. Now why was that bothering her so. . .? She'd seen much more when Banning had been hurt. Still, she tried to shake off the eerie feeling. "It's bleeding, let's get that stopped..."

Faolan chuckled, standing up. "Look, if it ain't gushing blood everywhere, I'm fine. It'll stop bleeding on its own." He looked around the room. "Where did I leave my pants?" He gave her a cheeky grin. "Or would you prefer me without? Either way, the shirt's coming off."

Ellandra rolled her eyes a bit, and pointed to the ceiling. "Look up," she said, unable to keep her amusement out of her voice. She deliberately avoided answering his last question, just because either way she'd wind up blushing furiously - well, she already was blushing, but only a bit; if she answered, she had no doubt that her face would go from a light dusting of red to full-blown tomato-red in a hearbeat.

Faolan glanced up, noting the pants still up there from before. "Not those. The ones I was wearing when . . . you know what? It doesn't matter." He stripped off his shirt, flinging it onto a chair, and went to sit on the bed. "Come, wife, let me get you out of that dress, so we'll both be comfortable."

To he credit, ellandra's blush didn't increase all that drastically when Faolan gave up on finding the vanished pants. Of course, that might have been because the dress she was wearing, for all of its loveliness, really was quite uncomfortable. It took only a moment for her to get past her initial rush of embarrassment before she stumbled over to the bed. "Please," she begged, sounding rather desperate. "Finery wasn't made for comfort."

"Well, not this finery at any rate. Was made for saying, 'Look at me, boyo! I look damn hot and you should be glad I'm lettin' you look.' That's what that dress says," Faolan purred, standing up to help her out of the dress for the second time that day. For each button undone, he placed a soft skin on her exposed skin, a reverse of how he'd helped her get dressed prior to their wedding.
Once he had the buttons undone, he straightened and pushed the dress from her shoulders, letting it slide down to pool on the floor. "I'm never going to tire of this. I have that feeling." He leaned down and nipped her neck gently, then moved back and flopped down on the bed, stretching out casually. Yawning, he stretched, then looked up at her with a charming, albeit sleepy, grin. "Come to bed, wife." He held up a hand invitingly.

Ellandra squeaked, knowing full-well that her face was tomato red again. . . and yet not caring too much about it; she was just too happy. With a soft, content sigh, she took Faolan's hand and lay down, trying not to yawn and failing.
"I love you, Faolan." she murmured quietly, contently, and very sleepily.

"Love you, too, Elle," Faolan sighed, cuddling her close, drifting off already. It'd been a long day for him, after all.
