Ok guys, here it goes. I don't know if this will work very well online, but I'll try:
Basically, the object of this game is to try and keep a conversation going without using a letter from the alphabet. Like, if the letter was 'a', then you couldn't use the word 'an', 'apple', 'game', etc. We'll also switch letters periodically.
Alright, GO!

FIRST LETTER: i

You would choose a vowel. And a really neccessary one at that.Yeah, just used a french word because* we're not allowed to say the pronoun used to refer to oneself, or the one that refers to objects. That makes the game even harder.

*originally typed "c'est" but then deleted and reworked my sentance. Forgot to delete that part too. sweatdrop That's why you proofread, guys. or you could do something dumb.

Excuse me. Not to be rude or any...stuff, but... okay, I give. I can't say this without using an I, but it needs to be said. My aunt is mentally handicapped, and so I really hate it when people use the word "retarded" as a synonym for stupid. You can help being stupid, but you can't help being retarded. And also, even though she might have a lower intelligence than me, she's still a pretty smart woman, and caring, and compassionate, and funny, and I greatly admire her. I mean this in the kindest way possible, but it's really just awful when you say that.

(((In an aside: in our culture, a word means what we want it to mean. Example: Gay. Retarded could mean backward, unsound, subnormal, or idiotic (according to my trusty Roget's Desk Thesaurus). I'm not trying to start an arguement, I'm jsut saying. My school just had a big "Spread the Word to End the Word (r-word)" movement due to our large special needs program (one of the largest in a public high school in the country) and I spent A LOT of time enforcing the correct use of the word, much to the dismay of those trying to further the movement sweatdrop )

That game may be hard, but a good way to spend our extra allotment of hours that you now have due to the lack of school to take up your days. Maybe we shouldn't pick the letter "e" when we change the letter we can't use. We would all be forced to end the game and cry alone by our computer...... uhh..... umm..... keyboards! (((sat her for like 10 minutes trying to think of a word for monitor that didn't have an "I" sweatdrop )))

The name of the thread made me lose the Game. sad

wow, never thought about how many words use that letter. hard don't began to tell all of the problems.when one wants to not use the letter you began to sound close to a nut.
