"Just don't pull your hand back and we'll be fine."

Rong Wei shook up the bottle of the green polish, the sound of it rattling in her hand a familiar tune that she was loathe to admit she liked. It was a small tinkling sound that was so common it was part of her daily music, so to speak. When she'd shaken it enough to ensure that everything was properly mixed she unscrewed the lid and took Alex's extended hand into her own, carefully studying the spot on the nails that the woman wanted painted. It would be a little difficult to get only the tip painted exactly how it needed to be, but Rong Wei had enough practice under her belt that she was pretty sure she could do this blindfolded.

Note to self: Practice this blindfolded later

Rong Wei hadn't missed Zul's smile and his motions, she was watching from the corner of her eye, but her initial bristle at him was wearing down quickly. The Chinese woman was surprisingly reasonable despite what others often thought about her hot-headed nature, and once she figured there was nothing at all she could do about Zul she got over him. It wasn't as though he was doing anything anyway to purposely incite anger in her so it was in her best interests to let it all slide.

After finishing a nail she used the tip of her own to make sure it was perfectly rounded, releasing Alex's hand afterward to allow the woman to get a look at it. If just having the tip of the nail done was what she really wanted then they'd proceed onwards, but otherwise she was letting it sit where it was at. There was no point in doing two hands if the customer wasn't completely satisfied in the end.

"Is this what you're looking for, or did you have something different in mind?"
