Please tell me what you think and what I can do to improve it

you have some serious anatomy issues. the arms and torso are WAY too big. Also, the part of the glasses that connect to the ear don't poke out at that angle. Look at a photo of someone with sun glasses on. It'll be easier than trying to explain it to you.
I am glad you at least drew hands. Most novices completely skip them or hide them, and even I have plenty on touble with them. But work on them. you can never spend too much time on hands!!!
GOOD LUCK!

The anatomy part is sad seeing how I took Anatomy in High School

it helps if you sit and watch people...you know how they move and all of that. I used to draw like this back in i dunno 1999 I got good maybe in 2005 but even now I'm still adjusting and changing my style and everything all the time. But I recommend watching people in the park or walking around school or anything.
I never took anatomy or even life drawing. It's funny having people stare at my stuff and go "you don't use guides"
There are loads of people with anatomy and proportion issues. Study the human body a bit or maybe some anime anatomy if that's how you want to go. Shading and hand techniques help a lot too.
