when the person comes near you visualise a blue penticle on his/her forehead, mentaly say,
"I banish you in the name of the posible powers of the universe!"
~this works very well, and it harms no one.It just keeps them away from you.Works on intoxicated people and people on drugs, who have bad intuitions towards you.

Another way to protect yourself from someone abusive is something I learned from a woman who I used to work for.
Write the name of the person down on a piece of paper, put the paper in a small plastic zip-lock bag, and fill it with water. Place the bag in the freezer - this would "freeze" the person, to keep them from harming you. A photograph in a bag with water would work too. Not to be done by the teens, as you'd possibly have to explain why a bag of water with something in it is in the freezer.

A blue Inverted pentacle would probably work better since the inverted pentacle is best for Banishing.

Also a very useful thing I can use, but wouldn't this be considered casting on another person without their permission?

Basically, you are casting a protection on yourself, not someone else.
It does involve another person(s), but it is necessary to protect yourself from danger. It's not banishing like you're wiping them from the face of the earth, but it is creating a shield of protection for yourself from them. Especially if they are the ones that initially started intentional harm toward you.
However, if someone needs protection, then you'd need permission from them if you cast a protection spell for them.
