Alright, since it's been asked, I shall answer.
I'm not 100% sure how exactly one should go about getting promoted right off the bat. Personally, there are multiple reasons the members that get promoted do. Usually its for these reasons:
-They've been here for a while (no seniority though)
-They've contributed with some really helpful info
-They answer questions honestly and non-judgmentally
-All in all, they just rock.
I know some of ya have been posting like mad, and I encourage that! Just because the crew members are a bit more along on "the path" doesnt mean thats why they've been promoted. Give it some time, and I'm sure the more newer recruits will be crew members helping out the next batch of n00bs wink .
Best advice I can give if you wish to advance, keep posting and help out in any way you feel that you can (except gold. We don't need any gold unless you wanna donate to the "Mule" for prizes for upcoming contests. Even then its not required. As Captain, I shall waste my own personal funds for the good of the guild xd )
If you feel that you've contributed, and you wish to be promoted, send me a pm and I'll take at look at the stuff you've done. Don't worry, good deeds don't go unnoticed wink .
