I only use a couple cheats, so here are the cheats I use, and why I use them.
Moveobjects I use this one to delete homework when I want to, and to move toddlers upstairs because my sims always put them down whenever they pick their babies up.
BoolProp I use this for aging, setting aspirtations, skills, and sometimes some mood dragging up. I also use it for killing, movie making, etc.
Familyfunds I use this one when my big famlies can't afford a house big enough for all off them.
Motherlode and Kaching I don't use motherlode as much anymore, because it takes out a lot of the fun. I use it when building houses, as well as kaching.

I usually only use Move_Objects ON when somebody gets stuck. I had two of my pets taken away because one starved to death while standing in a bathtub (Looking back I should have used that cheat sooner) and when a headmaster glitched and ended up on one of the invisible squares on the outside of the house. I have no idea how it happened, but it was damn weird.

  The money cheat and since i r dumb the only way for me to make an apartment is by first making a home (well a few small home) then using the apartment cheat to make it.

Honestly lol, I pretty much never use cheats. I like playing an honest game, it makes it more fun.
However, it's also tons of fun to just use boolprop and go to town smile
|

You use cheats by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+C.
After that, enter the cheat and you're all set! blaugh

I Don't Really Use Familyfunds But I Sometimes Do. Why: It Sometimes Doesnt Work But When It Works Its Really Helpful Boolprop, And Motherlode I Use THE MOST! Why: ITS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xp

motherlode: to afford a house or just have lots of money
