This is an example of how I want people to Role play in game.

All I request for a header, is your character's picture and location, this is easy enough to copy and paste from your character profile page, your name is optional, people tend not to walk around wearing name tags, so show your face.

Besides it's easier to keep track of injuries and cybernetics and outfits if you don't actually have to change your own Gaia avatar. All activities that are not thoughts or speech are normal text, thoughts are italicized, spoken words are bold.

So this is how I'd like to see it... Center the location, then put the picture then begin.

Section 6 of the spine, near Hangar 92-Delta

Lucy walked through the corridor, she had gotten word that a shipment of high density Copanizide, a powerful narcotic, was coming up from the planet. Lucy had no intention of letting the drug trade continue in the ring, and had been harassing suppliers and dealers for some time already, but still it continued, she had to remove the source.

She looked out the porthole, and saw the ships coming and going from the ship, her computerized brain scanned the shape and size of the ships in view, recording their class to cross reference with her contacts in the MSU.

The spine had heavy foot and motorized traffic, she could hear every footstep, walking towards and away from her. However it was to much, she had to turn off her proximity alert system to concentrate on the ships coming in and departing, so far nothing matched the description given to her.

She didn't even hear the blade come out, or the thug run up behind her. Her damage computer recorded the two strikes into her back before she could react defensively.

There was no pain, no fear, no adrenaline, there was just a simple recording that someone behind her stabbed her.

She spun around and took her hand axe up from her leg, she locked eyes with the assassin. One of the saurian aliens from the lower levels, clenched in his fist was a punch dagger. The saurian smiled and narrowed it's eyes.

Lucy pressed the button on her hand axe, and it expanded out into a large halberd.

Surrender now saurian, you cannot win.

She grabbed it with both hands and only had one thought in her computer enhanced brain.

Run defensive program, corkscrew pattern 31

She felt no fear, no excitement, no anger, she only felt like she was doing her job, a job that she neither loved nor hated, just the job that she was built for.

Don't forget to set down the basic rules of the guild, Neuf. No RP can operate without a base set of rules.

Do you have any suggestions?

You need the basic rules: no godmodding, puppet-mastering, the usual. Something like the UGMF's rules.

You can find a complete list everywhere you find Rping. Forums, the UGMF, other Roleplaying guilds, etc.

From Wikipedia

===
"Freeform" can also refer to online text-based role-playing games which lack rules, instead relying on the player's acting abilities and commitment to a good story.

In MUSH settings, these are often called consent-based, because what happens to a character is influenced by a potential "veto" from that character's player.

These systems must either rely on carefully selected individuals or strict moderation, in order to prevent less mature players from taking advantage (god-moding) of the rule-free environment, for example by unrealistically shielding their characters from the consequences of their actions.
...
Similarly, "freeform" can refer to online forum and email-based role-playing games which lack rules or which lack statistics by which to judge a character's abilities. As with freeform MUSHes, those running the game rely instead upon the players' writing talents and use of description to determine outcomes.

Online freeform games closely resemble collaborative fiction, while others have much more structured rule sets, such as the Role Player's Creed.

We will be using the "selected player" and "The Line/Item Veto" method, meaning that The Captians, Vice Captains and Crew can select who stays and who goes in the game world and they can also edit posts at will to prevent god modding and munchkinism or anything they feel is not right for a good FFRP.

If you can prove yourself a good RP'r and not someone who will take advantage of the liberties I give you in character design and development, then we shouldn't have any problem.

I have also posted the Role Player's Creed so you may understand what I'm looking for here.
