Welcome to studying for finals. stressed Ugh. So agitating..... >.> At my school they have something called 23 hour quiet hours. That means you have to be quiet for all hours of the day except for 8PM-9PM at night.
Well you can be loud in the lobby...
And guess where I'm trying to work...
And do homework...
...And study.......
.............................................in the lobby.................................... ...

I'm not sure about Cholie, but I should be coming up to go "RAVE" shopping for Portcon sometime at the end of May, beginning of June. We can met up then! Izumi-san Ha!  I don't know about finals at my current school since I don't live on campus. (if I want quiet hours I tell my boyfriend to shut up lol)
At my undergrad we had 24 hour quiet hours. You got a half hour break every day where they brought cookies and juice to the lobby of all the dorms and the library. But the hours counted for every part of campus.
Have you tried going to the library? They're always quiet!

Normally she stays with me and my floor is quiet, at least when I am there because I am an RA. The night Miss Chloie is referring to is when she is working the front desk. It's her job. So, she cannot leave the desk and it is in the lounge aka the loudest place in the dorm. It also doesn't help it is a underclassman hall.
