Does anyone know where I can find a pattern for knickers/breeches (those knee-length pants men wore in the late 1700s and early 1800s)? I've been wanting some for a while, and everywhere that sells them sells them for quite a steep price.

You could check McCalls or Simplicity, they have period costume patterns. I know I saw some men in breeches in one of them (wow, how often does someone get to say that? 'I know I saw men in breeches').
