Yusaku mentions that a friend of his can cure Kudo's situation without even needing the original poison which is pretty suspicious. Also, he mentions that he has friend in Interpol that can search for that organization. He could just want Kudo out of his hair.
Agasa doesn't want news of the Black Organization to spread past a select few people due to 'safety'. Heiji hasn't been targeted yet, but he knows. Why would Ran be in any more danger than Heiji? Also, you do not have to be a slimy b*****d to run an organization. You can just have them run on their own while sitting back and watching everything take place as all of your competition and whatnot are taken care of.

I'm sure he has a lot of ways to find out informations about the black organization, its just that Shinichi doesn't want him to get involve in this

I've actually been suspicious of Eri for quite a while. I have no evidence for Eri being the boss, but there's just something about her that's always bothered me. Heck, maybe she's Bourbon and Okiya and Scar Akai are both a diversion. Wouldn't that be an interesting plot twist?
It would also be interesting if Sonoko's family had some type of financial connection to the Org.
Either way, having someone close to Conan be connected to the Org. would be interesting. I need some plot movement soon, or the theories will get even more far-fetched.

i have heard theories that one of the detective boys (minus ai-chan, obviously...) may be the boss, shrunken down to disguise himself. personally, who ever it is, its gonna be a woman, cuz were all expecting a guy

me and my one friend think it's Professor Agasa, just cause there is several things that point to it being him, but my deductions could be wrong, i guess we'll just have to wait and see whenever that happens.
