Appearance: Izayoi has chocolate-reddish hair that comes to about a little pass her shoulder. Her eyes are purple, with a hint of light blue in them. She is very short, being around 144 CM (4 foot 7), and is often mistaken for a young child. Her built is more along a developing teens, but still has some shild-like features to them. Her skin is some-what of a creamy, porcelain white, with a light glow in the sunlight. She wears her Captain's robe excatly like Soi Fon's only her outer obi is light pink with hints of gold in it.
Personality: Very out-going and cheerful; She has her moments where she calms down and acts serious. Izayoi is very wise for her age/appearance, but sometimes doesn't act like she does. She is very caring and nice towards others, often putting herself on the line for the sake of others. Izayoi likes to make others happy, having a smile on her face and acting a bit silly at times to lighten the mood of others around her. She likes to have fun and live her life to the fullest.
Bio: Izayoi Elizabeth Rose died when she was first born, because a hollow attacked her family and killed everyone, expect for her. When the hollow tried to kill her, a Shinigami came and rescued her; He then took her to Soul Society, raising her as his own. Luckily for her, that Shinigami was a member of one of the noble houses in Soul Society; The Kuchiki Clan. His name was Kamashi Kuchiki.
((Side note: Byakuya had died and Kamashi had obtained the title of the head of the clan; Kamashi was next in line for the title since Byakuya had no children, brothers, or sisters, so he got the title. Kamashi and Byakuya were cousins.))
She lived with them, being treated like the Kamashi's daugther; And she felt like he was her dad. They had a father-daughter relation-ship going on.
Unfortunately, after 5 years had passed, Kamashi died, due to an illness he had obtained from not resting and over working. After that, the noble Kuchiki family kicked her out, saying that bringing a child not of noble blood into the family was disgraceful. So, Izayoi was let into the Rukongai.
Sadly, she grew up the rest of her years in the roughest part of the place. There, she had to fight for survival, while trying to live at the same time. After many years, Izayoi learned to fight hand-to-hand combat, but only to a degree; Just enough for her to survive.
Soon, Izayoi decided to enroll in the Soul Academy, wanting to become a Shinigami like her Foster Parent was, and help others like he did. Soon, she graduated, becoming highly skilled in kido, with sword skills at a high average; Her other fighting skills were at a average.
After grauation, Izayoi became an unseated officer in the 13th squad. Her skills grew rapidly, moving up seats in no time; And when the tachiou of her squad was killed, she became the new Captain.
Zanpakuto's name: Heavenly Snow

Shikai appearance: Izayoi's zanpukto transforms into a pure white sword, with parts of it being a icey blue ((Sorta like Rukia's sword, only there is no ribbon and the hilt is some-what blue~))
Shikai attacks: When her Zanpaktuto is released, it summons up some snow; the snow then becomes ice daggers, and attacks the enemy like heat-seeking missiles. Izayoi can also control where they go, and how many of them there are.
Bankai release phrase: Appear before me and do as your master commands! Heavenly Dragon of the Snow!
Bankai appearance: When her Bankai is called out, Heavenly Snow dissolves into the air, turning into snow like particles. Then the snow transforms into a giantic, pure white dragon with wings. Izayoi has the ablilty to control the dragon, for that is her bankai; Izayoi can also ride the dragon because it trusts her and because it can fly, allowing them to be able to attack from the sky.
Bankai attacks: The dragon can breathe snow and/or ice, frezzing the enemy with it's deathly breath. And it can attack people with its claws, like a normal dragon could.
Hado: 1. Shō (衝, Thrust) — Pushes the target away from the caster.
4. Byakurai (白雷, Pale Lightning) - The user fires a concentrated, powerful lightning bolt from their finger.
11. Tsuzuri Raiden (Reading Lightning) - Electric current flows through any object the user touches and is able to lead electricity, damaging any target that is in contact with the object the current runs through.
31. Shakkahō (赤火砲, Shot of Red Fire) — Fires a ball of red energy at a target.
Incantation: "Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south!"
33. Sōkatsui (蒼火墜, Blue Fire, Crash Down) — Fires a burst of blue spiritual energy at a target in a similar manner to 31, but over a wider area and with more power. Sends a kind of pinkly attack to the opponent, that looks really like his Zanpakutō, however, we hear Byakuya saying "Soukatsui"(Even if it sound somehow like that "Soukatsuki"))
Incantation: "Ye lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws."
63. Sōren Sōkatsui (双蓮蒼火墜, Twin Lotus Blue Fire, Crash Down) — Essentially a doubled version of #33, this spell fires two shots of blue fire with greater potency than the single-shot variety..

4. Hainawa (這縄, Crawling Rope) — An energy rope entangles a target's arms.
9. Geki (撃, Strike) — Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them.
Incantation: "Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat!"
37. Tsuriboshi (吊星, Suspending Star) - Creates a star-shaped cushion of Spiritual Energy, which anchors it to nearby objects with "ropes" of spirit particles. It can stop falling objects, acting like a safety net.
39. Enkosen (円閘扇, Arc Shield) — Summons a shield of condensed Reiatsu to block opponents' attacks.
58. Kakushitsuijaku (摑趾追雀, Summoning of the Tracking Sparrows) — Tracks and locates any spiritual force the user focuses on. To activate it, the user must draw a circle on the ground, cut into four parts with a specific character in each. The incantation animates the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude.
Incantation: "Heart of the south, eye of the north, finger of the west, foot of the east, arrive with the wind and depart with the rain."
62. Hyapporankan (百歩欄干, Hundred Steps Fence) — A rod formed of energy is thrown towards the target before it disintegrates into numerous short rods which are used to pin the target to the surroundings and render them immobile.
