The rules are the standard Gaia rules along with the rules of the Guild. Common sense would help you with what topics not to create 3nodding
P.S. The name of the forum, just in case some of the actual Suikoden fans don't know, is a name given to the countless parallel dimensions and worlds that exist in the multiverse. I used the name to represent the "countless" and "multiverse" aspect I'm trying to go with the forum. Someone more freedom than the man because you don't have to stay "on topic" with the guild.
