The safe houses built into the mountain to keep women and children safe during the time of battle and war should it come to the Leaf Village. It's safe from attacking ninja and the entrance is known to higher-ups only.

Randy sat in the leaf village's safe house. He examined the walls and everything around the rooms where the hid out was. "Very smart place to put a hide out." muttered Randy. He laid down and thought more about what was going on with him.
