((enter common room from training grounds))
Kira came into the common room with Trace in her arms. She gently layed im down in the bed Lazzy was once in, except it was all clean now. As soon as she layed Trace down she gently removed te top of his uniform to bandage the rest of is wounds around his torso. She then pulled the covers on to him for him to rest and left the room to clean his top uniform, it was stained with blood. She would be back every hour to check is wounds and bandages.

Trace was laying in the bed when he regained his consciousness again.He still layed there because he didn't want to open the wounds again.He tossed and turned as he layed there.He couldn't find a comfortable way to lay so he could actually fall asleep.

It was the middle of the night and Kira was up around the clock to check on Trace she stepped into the room and noticed he was awake "I see you are awake now" Kira gave a light smile and walked towards him "Are you able to sit up? I have to check your bandages." she said kindly as she placed a glass of water and two pain relivers on the night stand.

''Of course I can captain''.Trace said trying to get his head out of the current situation.He wanted it to be like he never was hurt in the first place.The snow haired shinigami struggled to sit up.After a few tries,he was able to sit up.''This is a step up from my position''.Trace said with a proud look on his face seeing that he can now sit up.He was thought he was ready to get out and start training again.He tried to get out of the bed but his legs wouldn't move.''Do I still have legs under these blankets captain.''Trace said trying to brighten the mood just a little bit.

Kira only gave a small laugh and smile and she lightly removed the bandages to look at his injuries, they were still in a bad shape but slowly starting to heal. Kira lightly placed a hand on his back to help him to stay up, she seen how he struggled. She then replaced the old dirty bandages with new ones then replied to him "Yes you have legs" she then laughed, problem is your not in the greatest shape. Kira smiled and handed him the water and pain killers "Here you are, you can take these every 4 hours." Kira smiled "They should help you relax.." she said gently and removed her hand from his back. She looked at him for a second then gave him a gentle hug "I am sorry..." she said lightly

Trace took the pills and chugged down all the water.''Ah,thank you captain''.Trace said with a smile.''Trace then took a more serious face.''It wasn't you who did this to me,it was that man''.Trace said as he layed back down.He didn't want to think about Lazzy anymore.He then turned to the side.''Excuse me,I must rest now''.Trace then closed his eyes shut and covered his head.After a while,he was fast asleep.He truly was,a child at heart.

All Kira could do is watch...watch as this boy lay here. But he was not just a boy he was now a Vice Captain and a soon to be strong one. Kira looked outside the window of the room and up at the moon. Her black and blue hair covered her face and she soon turned to leave. Before stepping out of the room she turned back one more time to look at Trace and with a sigh she stepped out.

A few days passed and Trace was healed,but not at one hundred percent.He woke up and it was almost noon,half of the day had passed and Trace was in the bed sleep.He got up and sat up on the bed.He thought it was time he start back to training.He then stepped out of the bed and yawned.Trace then grabbed his lieutenant badge that was on the table beside the bed and tied it around his arm.He then saw Himmimaru leaned against the wall,the same place he had left it days before.He grabbed his zanpakto and slipped it on his back.''Ready to start training again''?The snow haired boy asked his soul bound weapon.He then though he should tell his captain he was leaving so she wouldn't be worried.He walked out of the room and headed towards his favorite captain's room.
