Out of battle, Robert is very calm and sarcastic, but in the heat of battle he loses himself to the adrenaline. His natural sense of awareness and unrelenting fighting style leaves him to be what one would call a berserker. Robert is able to teleport to anywhere he can see or has seen in a one mile radius. When he teleports it leaves a cloud of static electricity that acts as a double edged sword, as it both will shock those that fall into the cloud, but it also renders all technology he carries with him useless unless they are specially reserved in rubber. When he uses it, though it makes the sound of thunder, sounding as if a storm is on the horizon. This both can distract and alert his enemies, once again being a double edged sword.xxxSecondary Power:Lightning Analysis;;
Robert's secondary power is thinking on his feet at a ridiculous level. He is able to think and analyze what would take normal people ten seconds to comprehend, one second. This both allows Robert quick reflexes and to be a cunning strategist, but sometimes Robert reaches paradoxes in battle and try's to think of a way out, because he spends so much time on analysis he loses track of the battle and will fall into simple traps and mistakes because of over calculation. xxxTertiary Power:Enhanced Strength;; Robert's strength isn't that of a juggernaut but he is able to do some heavy lifting. He able to lift a little more than double his body weight being upwards to Five hundred pounds but no more than that. Because this strength doesn't augment his muscle mass when he tries to do top tier lifting he can sometimes strain himself, but through normal weight training Robert could help fix this, but he prefers to keep his maneuverability over brute strength.ⓜⓤⓣⓐⓝⓣ ⓗⓘⓢⓣⓞⓡⓨxxxBiography:
Robert grew up as a stable child in the suburbs. His father, a police officer, and his mother a retired lawyer, Robert was raised with a strong sense of justice. Being born in the Nation's Capital, Washington D.C., Robert witnessed many people of different races, ethinicities, nationalities, and beliefs. This combined with Robert's sense of self justice left him a young man with very strong beliefs.
Robert's awakening was at the age of thirteen. He was in middle school being picked on by a bully after school because Robert has stood up for one of his friends. Robert was being pounded into the ground by the grotesque jock and all he could think to himself was 'I wish I was home, I wish I was home.' Robert's wish had come true that moment. In a cloud of static electricity Robert landed on his bed. Having no idea how this happened and still bleeding from being punched in the face earlier, Robert walked to his bathroom to wet a washcloth and press it against his nose. He sat back down on his bed, contemplating what had just happened.
His father had always talked about 'mutants'. People whom most times seemed normal but had 'powers'. His father hated them. Robert didn't know exactly what to do, he knew his parents would find out, he knew his father would hate him, he knew the bully would be there waiting. Robert just didn't know what to do. He decided the best thing to do was to confront the situation head on. Robert walked down the steps to find his mother in the kitchen.
Being very self aware, Robert explained everything to his mother. She looked at him and laughed thinking he was joking. Robert wanted to prove it to her, but he didn't know how. The first time he had ever teleported was today. He decided to let the school tell her when the inevitable call would happen. The call finally did arrive, his mother in shock now having believed his story looking at Robert in horror thinking of what his father would say.
The time came when his father came home from the station. Robert and his mother sat at the kitchen table awaiting his father. When he came in he asked what was wrong, and the situation was explained. His father both disappointed and angered, he told Robbert never to use his powers. He said they were bad and they would get him killed. Robert trusted his father and listened. Robert never used his powers unless he had to, he used them off and on getting a better handle of them as he got older.
At eighteen Robert enlisted in the Military. Arriving he had to have his blood drawn, and tested, standard procedure. After the military had found out about his origins, they inquired about his powers. After explaining what he could do Robert was placed in a special force called E.M.S.F., Elite Mutant Strike Force. Their Robert was trained to use his power in synergy with other mutants for military use, he was given the code name Storm Cloud. Robert's training took five and half years and allowed him to further hone in on his skills and become an expert in field combat. He was taught in the use of hand to hand combat and basic weapon skills. Robert's arsenal was a retractable blade, combat knife, wire, and grenades. Robert specialized in setting traps and guerrilla warfare.
After the Military's disbandment of E.M.S.F. following a minor war in the Middle East because of human soldier prejudice and anxiety Robert sought out into the world living off of his GI Bill. Traveling around the world, Robert lived in Japan for nearly three years. He lived a contemporary life and received a job as a chef, being the cook for his unit in the military Robert was hired off of experience. Their Robert lived quietly until receiving a telegram from the Military asking Robert to return home. Robert not being completely suspicious of what awaited him in the States.
Now Robert lives in Washington D.C. renting out an apartment in the inner city awaiting to see what the military has in store for him. Until then Robert spends his days walking around the streets and doing odd jobs for the local residents and shop keeps.❝Street Clothes❞ ❝Wet Hair❞
