BG James, Kip James, Sean Waltman & the mentioned Divas will not return, none have any desire to return or simply are not wanted.
Teddy Hart was in WWE but was released because of his attitude, Low Ki IS WITH WWE, Kaz had a go, failed and went back to TNA and Hoyt is potentially unsuitable to WWE's mould of athlete.

Kaz was to be brought up to SD! but he refused to cooperate with management after they wanted to change his look and cut his long hair for a storyline thus him asking to be released and returned to TNA.
