Well, this may be a bit late to rejoin the conversation, but oh well! I was about... 13 or so I think when I watched it. I so loved it! Like I mentioned... somewhere else... it was my first anime and I have loved it ever since!

I'm not sure if this would qualify as a "twist", but it certainly was twisted... Back in the day when Syfy was the SciFi channel, and they actually had Sci-fi type things, Ronin Warriors was shown early in the morning, and the website had a forum. In this forum I participated in a thread by the name of ToonZone. ToonZone ended up being a round-robin style ongoing fanfic written by anywhere between 4 and 15 people at any given time. Now this fanfic "extravaganza" somehow included every cartoon or childhood show from the 80s and 90s. Pretty much everyone contributed the characters from their favorite show and it went from there. The main villian was Hiam Saban, so any show he imported to the US was deemed evil (mostly power rangers and masked rider, etc). Series included RW (and eventually YST as well, which made for interesting complications), M.A.S.K, Transformers, Pirates of Dark Water, Samurai Pizza Cats, and many many more.

Anyone know where to find some good Mia/Warlord fanfics, i've bene looking for along time but can't seem to find anything other than Mia/Anubis fanfics. I want to find some Mia/Cale, Mia/Dais, and Mia/Sekhmet ones.
