Kokihi you should just leave her alone... WHy does everybody think middle school percussionists are always breaking instruments?! gonk I AM a middle school percussionist. Everybody in our percussion group ((There's 8 of us, we don't have a lot of snare drums.)) always talk during practice BECAUSE we need help, or when Mr. Varpness is helping to horns, and even then we're only a whisper compared to the rest of the band. The tubas are right in front of the snares and are so loud because the three tubas are best friends.

I have to admit, some druumers are really lazy. I'm in middle school band and the bd never works with us and barly has us play. So we kinda sit there and wishper. Some us will text or do homework. Right now, with any time I have in band, I go over this awesome solo I'm working on. Our Low brass section is the laziest! Half of them just come in and hold their instruments and NOT PLAY! Wht is up with that?!

The personalities in our 6th grade band are Flute: Kinda girly, mostly popular Clarinet: Same deal as the flutes Oboe: quiet (We have one oboe, and she's REALLY quiet.) AltoSax: Cool TenorSax: Think they're cool, but they're not BariSax: AWESOME! (Again, only one, but David is so cool!) French Horn: Quiet, funny Trumpet: Annoying perverts who think they're better than everyone else Tuba: Complete and total perverts Baritone: Funny, cool, sporty (I goofed, we have two) Trombone: funny! My best friend is a trombonist. And, last but not least, PERCUSSION: Talkative, slightly nervous because if we mess up, EVERYONE messes up!

My best friend is a trombonist. And, last but not least, PERCUSSION: Talkative, slightly nervous because if we mess up, EVERYONE messes up! That's crazy, same as us! I hate the flutes (except for Megan and Katie, they're my bestie lolz), they're always thinking they're so popular. and the tubas r total perverts! and that's how the percussionists r too! (im a percussionist) you got all the sections right for us! and people r yelling at percussion for being so easy and lame. not true, if u read my comment in Percussionists Have Feelings Too

No offense, but what's your problem? This is a Percussion Forum. You're always so against us

Haha, in our band the flutes are really the complete opposite of the percieved standard. We're all really kind of dark and twisted and such, not all preppy and s**t.
But anyways... yeah, we have the same problem in our band. Too many perccusionists and not enough parts. But, in all honesty, (this coming from a floutist, not a percussionist) I think that the percussion section is the hardest working section. I wouldn have the gusto to go through some of the stuff that our BD puts the drum line through. c:
And seriously, Resultant Force. You need to shut the ******** up. Kay? Thanks.
