A good picture is one that come from the heart, And as long as you think it looks good and it reflects you its the best picture you could posible have.

I think a good pic 's subject really expresses the main message that u want to say in the pic. the background also have to correspond too 3nodding

A good picture should have effort put into it
colour
proportion
something different about it that makes it stand out from others
and love smile

I think, the most important thing is the feeling you put into the drawing. Happy, sad, angry it can make art that you will cherish because it came from within.
Stlye also is important. I used to make cross eyed people, and they were like chibis but I didn't want to make chibis. Other peoples art help me. No i do not copy there stlye. I mix it with my own.
I feel better and better everytime I draw something matching my mood. If its anger, the anger will go threw the pencil in hand, and come out and onto the page.
