I never before noticed that Feivel is Russian.
HOW COULD I HAVE NEVER KNOWN?!
They mention it right in the beginning of the movie...

Feivel Mousekewitz. Sounds Russian to me.
( Feivel Goes West was my favorite of those movies. )
