I've dyed my hair black for quite a number of years now, I sometimes go to the hairdresser's to get it done professionally and get it cut etc. but it costs over 100€ so I don't do it often. When I dye it myself (well, mum or a friend of mine actually do it, because I can't, because my hair's so long) I use Schwartzkopf dyes. Usually black, but I have tried black/blue, which only looks blue in a certain lighting. I've also had the hairdresser put red streaks for me, but they became brown and then a light brown colour quickly so I've never used red after that.
My brother used Garnier Nutrisse blonde hairdyes before he went in the army and had to cut all of his hair off. biggrin
Any specific colour you're looking for, Gorrific? Because some dyes have more options in lighter colours and some have more in darker (eg brown) colours.

I used Garnier Nutrisse on my fiance [cause he had virgin hair and it's supposed to be gentle and what not] but it faded really fast.
And I use black. Usually the black that's got like a bluish tint.

Apparently it's only famous in Europe, but when I went to their international website, it says that a store (?) called Henkel in US and Canada sell Schwartzkopf products. Does that help at all?
