Nami lingered long enough to hear Xine's suggestion before she'd bounded off again, disappearing amongst the vast array of unique plants. Matsu yipped nervously as her bag swung by her waist and her wings nearly knocked over a potted plant in her haste. She hardly gave it a second's glance, and didn't check to make sure it hadn't fallen. Though, luckily it just spun in place before settling harmlessly back down.
"The one on the wall, right?"
Her voice sounded a bit distant, coming from behind a tall row of plants that blocked her from sight.
"It'll be orange again, right? Hurry up before someone beats us!"

"I'm not sure if it's going to be the same thing again, unless this is easier than I think it'll be." Which he was hoping it wasn't, he was hoping that this would take up most of the afternoon and her mind would wander away from all the merchandise she wanted. It his money and he wasn't about to let her spend it on cowboy hats and combat boots for a little white doll. Nevertheless he began his search for a clue, he ended up looking at a lot of strange plants though. It was hard not to get distracted by all the bizarre flowers and bug eating plants that were around. One pot caught his attention though, having a familiar mark painted on it. " Hey! Over here." He called to Nami.

As she snooped around, Nami became suddenly aware that these plants were trying to eat her. Or at least, she kept snagging her hair on them somehow, even though she had been trying to keep to herself. The stupid things were out to get her! She couldn't help wondering if Xine was having the same problem. He was huge, so he should, right? Because she was tiny and being killed.
"Ugh!" she cried out as she heard Xine calling her, and a plant pulled her back when she tried to move toward him. "J-just a second!" She didn't want to ask for help. He'd see her and make fun of her. So after a short amount of tugging, she took off to find him, rounding a corner and looking a little flustered. "What is it?!" she snapped out, stressed and irritated as she moved beside him.

Unable to hide a pursed grin on his lips , he directed her towards to pot with the symbol and began to investigate the plant itself. "Any trouble there Nam'?" He commented, beginning to inspect what appeared to be a thick stemmed flower with a huge unbloomed bulb. He'd never seen something like this before, though there were a lot of plants in this room he'd never seen before upon touching the stem itself he discovered something. "I think it's fake. It feels weird." It wasn't plastic, but it wasn't organic. Maybe some kinda rubber? He tried carefully picking it up to discover that it was fixed to the table it was on. Probably to make sure no one ran off with it. He fiddled around in the dirt, thinking there might be a card stuck in it or something and felt something small and round and hard. He swept some of the dirt away to reveal a red button. " Hey look, I guess it's a little machine or whatever. I'm guessing you want the honor?"

"I'm fine!" Nami replied haughtily, clearly not wanting any further investigation into the matter. She quickly tugged a twig from her hair and tossed it to the ground before he would notice, and then finally leaned forward to see the plant more clearly. Though, she kept slight distance in case it popped open and puffed out deadly spores or.. something. In her spare time, she sometimes would watch bad syfy movies.
Still, as the button was revealed, her eyes widened and she seemed to light up. "Yes!" she cried, and a second later, she'd pushed her finger down against it, then sprang back behind him to watch from safety.

With a press of a button, the bulb at the top of the thick stem began to spin and slowly bloom. As all the petals folded away from the center, it revealed the little black antagonist in tiny plastic form who's plushie prize was just a step closer with a new hint it was sure to give. Maybe. It started to sing a little tune that parodies a Bon Jovi Song.
" Saw something dumb~"
"It was your face~!"
" You give smart, a bad name."
" What?" Xine said, very confused and a bit frustrated. Was this thing put here just to mock them for no reason? No, upon further inspection the little plastic figurine had its arm raised up, pointing in a direction to the left of it." Ah, that way."

Nami started to grow angry, her lips parting to retort to the little singing figure. But then she paused and glanced up toward Xine instead. "I think its talking to you," she announced flatly. Surely the toy wouldn't be talking to her like that. She sighed and folded her arms across her chest, glancing past Matsu to the doll alongside him in her bag. They'd already walked too much to give up now! So, she waited impatiently tapping her foot until Xine figured it out once more, as he seemed to each time, and her head whipped in the direction it was pointing. "What's there?" she asked, initially just seeing plants.

" It's just a toy Nami. It says that to everyone." He could see how its character was appealing in it being mean in a really immature way, but that might be abrasive to someone like Nami. Which was funny because it kinda reminded him of her in a weird way. He got the feeling she wouldn't be able to live with herself, in a literal sense. Xine took a look around in the area where the toy pointed to, and found another pot with the symbol on it. With a similar looking plant. " Oh boy. More sass talking toys." He swept away the first to find another button and the same scene played out, this time with Pashoo inside.
" Oh goodness. I'm a bit dizzy."
It pointed in another direction. This chase went on and on for a bit, finally leading to a broken pot that looked like it had already had it's contents ruffled through. Were there more people looking for this thing? Poking around a bit, he found a laminated orange card with a picture of Negashoo on it sporting a pair of cool shades. Underneath it was something in quotes.
" Don't quit just yet kids, Negashoo has just started to set the stage." Xine read aloud. " Does Ria have an auditorium for plays or something? I'm pretty sure that's where we should go" He was glad that the clue was simple for all the annoyance he had to go through to get to it.

This was growing a bit tiresome. All of this running around chasing dolls and following where they pointed. She had half a mind to take them with her. The little talking ones were pretty cute too, and she could bug people with that insulting one if she ever grew bored. But, she satisfied herself for now with the idea that they'd still be first, and she always leaped forward to be the one to press the buttons they found.
Finally, they found a pot, but this only seemed to upset her.
"Someone else is looking!" she cried angrily. "We're moving too slow! We have to hurry!" She stalked impatiently around while Xine uncovered the next little clue and she huffed out a sigh before grabbing at him and tugging to try and pull him along. "Yeah. A music hall or something? Let's go before they take all my dolls!"
