Aye, it may be Pay to Play, but its the best one I've ever played. If ye have played any of the older Phantasy Star Online games, its basically the same thing but with a whole lot of improvements.

The graphics look terrible because my computer can't run the game at high settings. The game looks amazing if you have a powerful enough computer. But, it still runs fine on weaker computers, it just isn't as pretty, ze?

Aye, it's $10 a month or $50 for 6 months. Your first payment lets you have more days than usual. Like if ye pick the 1 month package you get 45 days for that one payment, or if ye are rich and get the $50 6 month package, ye get somewhere around 7 1/2 months for that one time.

It's cheaper than most pay MMOs, and the game is loads o' fun, so if ye are willing to pay for it, its well worth the money. The one problem with it is events. Every event they do seems to bugger up somehow. Although, they do compensate ye for it, so it isn't that bad.

Also, ye didn't hear this from me but... I hear there's a few private servers in the works for this game. I don't know of any finished ones, but... I'd keep ye eyes peeled for em.
