A mini form that gives me important information for breeding your Porcelain! I am most interested in getting this form from the returning players (-G), and it is less important for me to get it for the Golden World Porcelain (-A and new ones.) However, none of you have to fill it out, especially if you don't foresee your Porcelain having children. [size=9][b]Porcelain's name:[/b]

[/size] This form is for breeding, so the focus is on things that are genetically inscribed in your Porcelain. For example, "intelligences/mind" should not include knowledge and skills, and "health" should not include injuries.
Adult height should be adult height, not current height.
Under "characteristics" list concrete characteristics (albinism? specific unusual magical ability? etc.) which you think have a good chance of being inherited.
Under the other 5 fields, you can write fuzzy descriptions of aspects of your character that are more subjective and will be selected and blended holistically into her offspring.
You may not yet know ultimate Lucidity, which is fine. Just put your estimate.
Intelligences/mind is interested in all kinds of multiple intelligences. Health/body is pretty self-explanatory. You may choose to put "psychological disorders" under either field.
Personality is concerned more with basic temperament rather than subtle psychology and emotional complexities. Think introverted/extroverted, abstract/concrete, etc. "Personality disorders" go here.
"Supernatural influences" should be long-term; for example, being a Chaos Sorcerer for many years, working with enchanting (often being exposed to volatile magical substances,) etc.Please post it as a reply. <3 Or PM it to Rika. Or whatev'.

Rare lactose tolerance gene.
Lucidity: Unknown, currently.
Intelligences/Mind: Highly intelligent, though the extent of that has yet to be seen. Shuuken is able to fit a variety of roles, but due to social interactions, is more predisposed to calisthenic and intrapersonal intelligences.
Health/Body: High capability for body contortion, eventually susceptible to ovarian cancer, lowered fertility, masculine preferences, sporadic, intense periods.
Personality: Extroverted, brave, fiery, protective, emotional, a paradoxical mix of idealist and realist.

Characteristics:
Good ear for music, but does not have absolute pitch
Natural knack for telekinesis over traditional Porcelain magic??
Lucidity: Currently unknown
Intelligences/Mind: Intelligent and sensitive overall; good in interpersonal and linguistic areas (especially reading); weaker in mathematical/logical thinking
Health/Body: Better able to digest lactose, having grown up with Gaian food once already; eventually near-sighed, though having reading glasses already will probably slow the vision change down; worries a lot and may be prone to anxiety-related disorders?
Personality: Introverted, shy, anxious, attentive, curious; willing to work with others but prefers to mediate rather than be too directly involved

Personality: Childlike and happily off in his own little world most of the time.

Er. Short Porcelain is short? Nothing else stands out, really.
Lucidity: Unknooooown.
Intelligences/Mind: Quite sensitive but easily distracted. Slants towards kinesthetic and logical intelligences (cooking stuff), not as good with verbal or interpersonal.
Health/Body: Better with lactose than many Porcelain, but has been noticing some minor difficulty digesting it recently. Sensitive to loud noises, which often cause headaches. Keeps batshit crazy hours.
Personality: Straightforward (unless she's on a mission), sometimes evasive, easily distracted, insecure, prone to mood swings (possibly bipolar). Gogo kleptomania!
Supernatural influences: Nothing particularly noteworthy.

NOTHING. :B Er, nothing I can think of anyway.
Lucidity: Unknooooown.
Intelligences/Mind: Strong with interpersonal and kinesthetic intelligences, weaker with logical, verbal, and intrapersonal. Average sensitivity.
Health/Body: Lots of stamina and energy, usually active. No noticeable difficulties with lactose. Nothing unusual.
Personality: Hyper, curious, confident, naive, and extremely social. Anxious when left on his own for prolonged periods. Victim of an overactive imagination.
Supernatural influences: Lives in a house where everyone but him is magical in nature, but otherwise nothing special.

Characteristics: None really, Boyue is pretty normal
Lucidity: probably somewhere around average dreaming?
Intelligences/Mind: slightly lower than average in body and interpersonal, high in logic/mathematical and Intrapersonal, average everything else.
Health/Body: Good health, though not physically fit, but good for a Porcelain anyhow. Not particularly active or inactive.
Personality: Introverted, concrete, sensitive, long attention span, pretty decent with change. Meyer's Briggs, Boyue is an IST that falls somewhere between P and J on the last section. *lame*
Supernatural influences: I'm thinking N/A. xD

Adult height: Probably somewhere around 56"-58"?
Characteristics:
Does well with reading and all sorts of math. Loves her books to death.
Lucidity: Unknown. Most likely Lucid.
Intelligences/Mind: Able to understand high high levels of math and map out relationships between things with ease. Probably medium sensitivity.
Health/Body: A little weak from too much studying, but otherwise healthy?
Personality: Intellectual, Obsessive, but otherwise most likely polite and respectful.
Supernatural influences: None we can think of.
