(I don't know anyone else around here that conlangs, and I myself have never fully made one, just started many mentally. So I would really appreciate the thoughts of people in this guild. ^^ )

The top row makes up the vowels. I tried to make all of them small and curvy.

The second row is make up of consonants that you can't hold. (what I mean by this is, you can say "mmmmm" but you can't exactly say "kkkkkkkk") They all obviously have a large circle on the bottom. razz

And in order of appearance from left to right:
h and g
m and n
sh, ch, th (soft only), j, j (as in pleaSure)
l, r, L (not sure how to explain this one... I guess a "deep" l...)
s and z
v

On the bottom right are "w" and "y." They are separate since I feel that they are a weird combination of vowel and consonant. Place it under one of the other letters and it blends. To make something start with either place under the circle (which is basically silent but not really... also cannot explain this one...)

The language itself is coming along pretty well but not far enough to write a paragraph or something. However I did draw my current base concept for a conperson greeting someone. [ http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd277/Eltra-sama/Unnamed.jpg ]

Does that scene look like it really could be a modern human speaking an actual language? I just want to avoid it looking like something you'd see in cave artifacts. ^^;;; My other concern is that it makes sense to other people. Although this language is just for myself and my entertainment, it's kind of sad if none of my friends can learn it. sad (so, would this be easy for rather unintelligent people to remember?)

(PS: yes I stole from the latin and korean letters. hee hee)

Also, any advice on what my numbers might look like? It's in base 10. I'd like to try not using Arabic numbers but I can't think of anything that you can distinguish from the regular letters while still fitting in with the them.
