Yeah, she does. I never really payed it that much notice because I just thought it was cool, but maybe she always has a large design on her face to hide her baby cheeks...? I mean, I love Gaga, don't get wrong-- I practically worship the girl-- but her cheeks do have quite a bit of baby fat that she might be trying to hide with those decorations.
I'm not really sure. It's just a thought.
