If you're talking about buying the show, it hasn't been released in the U.S. on DVD (your profile says you live in Ohio). So you'd have to spring for a foreign copy, like the U.K. version. That would probably be region 2 and PAL format, so you'd need a DVD player that is region hacked and can play both PAL and NTSC.

{{ Yeah you're just going to have to buy a British DVD of it. Most computers can play different region DVDs - if you have Windows Media Player, you can change its region real easily. Other DVDs programs, I'm not sure.
But I think Youtube has the entire thing somewhere. That's where I first watched it. }}

I think we're talking about the movie here (not TV) and the movie should've been released in America, it was set there after all. I think it was made to pander to the American fans anyway. It's not particularly good, but Paul McGann as the doctor is fun to watch. It's also not particularly canon. Alot of the ideas mentioned in the movie are completely rejected by the TV series. Such as the half human comments.

Anyway, It's shown on TV, and I don't expect Amazon to still have it, the best place is ebay.
Also, most computers can't play different region DVDs, unless you have specific programs, such as VLC media player, which is freeware. DVD players are more likely to play any region than computers.
