The Monarchs
Each of the Courts are headed by a King and Queen, as listed below. Although power is nearly equal, the Monarch shown first has greater decision in the ruling of the Court.

The only Winter Court Changeling. He has a shard of glass in his eye, the shard that causes him to see a twisted version of reality. He sees Fae and humans equally but can only distinguish the bad and vile things in their hearts, and is never to see the goodness that any one can offer him. HumanA group of four humans is required to work as Hands for the Courts.

History: Robin and her brother Caridnal have lived in Vancouver for ages, leaving only when winter calls them to the warmth of the south.
Abilities: Secondary form of a robin that she can shift into at will, spellsong.
Flaws & Weaknesses: Not strong or fast, tends to be a flake.

Title: Leader of the Lost Boys, Changeling.

History:
Abilities: Flight, increased healing ability, eternal youth, and never ending boyish charm. His character is mixed with the pied piper, his flute can call creatures and children to his whim. How do you think the Lost Boys gain members?
Flaws & Weaknesses: Never takes anything seriously, can't handle an actual battle, rude. To Peter, everything is a game, even war. He's a bully, and is known to pick fights with people he doesn't like, and humiliate them in front of the Lost Boys for a laugh. Also a troublemaker, he tends to cause more problems than he can get himself out of.
Weapons: Short blade, magical flute, gang.

Friends: The Lost Boys, Bright Fae.
Enemies: Captain Hook, Nephilim.

Sight: The Sight has always been in Bethany's family line. At least, for the women. She inherited it from her great grandmama, and as far as she knows her younger brother remains entirely unaffected. But there's a baby sister on the way, and the little bit of attention she's gotten from the Fae over her mother's pregnancy has left her worried wether or not the child will actually be her sister, or something else altogether.

Personality: Cold hearted, but obedient to the King and Queen. Kai is given almost free-range of the castle, his home. In return he warns the Winter Court when their guests and dealings are untrustworthy or ill-advised.
History: That old woman never did let Gerda out of her garden, the poor thing.
Abilities: Whenever he looks at a person, he can immediately see every wrongdoing they've ever done, every nasty thought they've ever had and every dark intention that crosses their mind. He's also a good dancer.
Flaws & Weaknesses: He can't see anything beyond the evil and darkness in front of his eyes, leading him to be untrustworthy of everyone and emotionally detatched.
Weapons: He's particularly good at turning people against each other, but otherwise his only weapon his how much the Winter Court desires to keep him.

Personality: The Wisened, old, self-assured type. He'll stand up for someone under opression, as long as they are sure of what they want.
History:
Abilities: He has a Rafiki-esque way of getting on people's nerves and walking away unharmed
Flaws & Weaknesses: Old, slow, and has a lot of enemies on the major Courts.
Weapons: Magical flute, will sing all those that hear it to sleep.
