Wouldn't know. I'm simply observing. Lol.
As far as journals go, I used to write in one on Gaia. I've fallen out of that habit, and haven't written in it in about a year. A journal is good for not only getting your thoughts and feelings out, but also allows people to get to know you a little better. Knocks out two birds with one stone, I s'pose. Have fun with it though.
