Let us all take a moment and look at the natural beauty that surrounds us in nature known as Earth. A great deal of knowledge has been learned about life on this planet in the past 50 years. Although the natural world is not as sensitive in some areas as was once thought, it is still very vulnerable to abuse. Water and soil are easily polluted and wildlife habitat and forests are destroyed in the name of "progress." We continue to make strides to protect our natural world but we must not take any steps back.
Discuss environmental problems, outdoor recreation, ect. ect. So long as it's Earth Day related.

I'm proud to wear my Earth Day badge
I give the Earth a hand.
I pick up litter, care for trees,
Recycle what I can.
I'm an Earth Day helper

I take care of Mother Earth
