x-l J i n x l-x *gets out my teachin stick*
Now class, this is a good example of when change happens for the worst. Allow me to point out now how this terrible seeming change is actually helpful. With this man's possible soon to be horrid screw ups, he will set the gears in motion for the world to either; A. Blow itself Up B. Wake up Chuluthu and get us eaten or C. Have us all slowly starve and die in an ecomic depression. biggrin
Lolz j/k. Or am I? ninja I second that.
Its hard to break it to the American people, but hes just another politician. Behind that Colgate commercial smile, and that Harvard rhetoric, he could just be another lying, deceptive b*****d like the rest of them. If he was such a pacifist like he made himself out to be during the campaign, then why is he expanding the war effort in the Middle East? He basically used all those anti war groups.

i guess Obama feels like we need to spend money in order to prepare to make money. the last president didn't exactly leave us in a good spot to begin with, so it's not like this all started with President Obama. he just happened to become president at an already shitty time. still, i hope that this spending he's doing will come with good results later on.

Two positives make a positive yesh?
I think we should go with a controlled market until prices and everything are back to normal, just like a safety harness until everything's fixed. Then when it's better go back to free market.
But that's just me.

I see alot of "lack of knowledge" on politics in this thread right now

I don't bother with politics. : |
It doesn't effect me yet, as I don't pay taxes and still have my maternal units to provide for me. 'Sides, it's over complicated then it needs to be. The idea of a government was originally to protect natural rights, not do all this, weird a** stuf; get into the business of other countries, take part in the economy, health care, taxes, etc.
The entire idea just confuses me, to a point where I really just would rather not understand. I think I'd stay more content that way.
