Yuki looked up from her paperwork. It seemed she always had more and more paperwork to do. "I think you should lighten up, Saratobi." She laughed. "You can't expect them to be that strong, maybe you should pick on someone your own level."

Kira watched as the shinigami approached and surrounded him. "If we are going to talk, we will go to my office where there are fewer ears to eavesdrop. Though you should not be concerned..I was on my way to question him before you showed up."

Reaching down as kira talked, Robert pulled another Cigarette out of a box and put it to his mouth nodding a bit to the words. "Not only would I hate to fill your office with the smell of smoke, But this also has something to do with all the captains." With a silver zippo he light the tabacco and clicked the lighter shut. "Today at noon, Kagaya Ookami will be taken to a hearing where the central 46 will debrief him. This will make it so the trial is not so long. I just wanted to remind you the punishment for treason is death." His eyes opened from taking a drag and focused on Kira to watch for a reation.

Kira stared flatly at Robert. "I am well aware of what the penalty is. Are you suggesting something, Edwood-san?" The blond had wanted to question Kagaya for as much information as possible, but if the Central 46 members decided the traitor was to be tried at noon, his frustrated hands were tied.

Akino appeared in the office, wounded and in pain. "S-soutaichou... Sorry for intruding... There was an attack in the Maggot's Nest, Ka--" She reported weakly, her eyes weakened even her vision. Three big icicles was stabbed in her, one in her abdomen and two in her shoulders. She was trying to endure the pain, she leaned on the wall as her blood stained it.
"gaya... was attacked by a vizard..." She managed to finish her sentence.She fainted, lying on the ground. The blood started to spread rapidly.

The men turned to look at the intruding captain. Their right hands tightly gripped the hilts of their zanpakuto. Robert's hand raised slightly to them to sign that it was ok. "It seems Mr. Ookami is not safe from Aizen even in the maggots nest..." In a line the men began to file out of the area, Edwoods took a lok back at the two captains. "See you at the trial..." He walked away waving .

Kira half glared at the retreating forms before rushing over to Akino. "Oba-taichou!" The Soutaichou didn't want to remove the remaining icicles for fear of making her bleed to death, so he used his training from Yonbantai to heal her wounds enough so he could rush her to get medical attention. When he had healed her a bit, the blond looked down at her apologetically. "Forgive me for this.." Pulling out the icicles one by one, he gently picked her up, shunpo'ing to Yonbantai for medical treatment.
