So this all began about 4 weeks ago. After a particularly bad week of Naxx. We've had some people that can't consitantly pull more DPS than the tank. And tanks that just don't show up or pay attention. And I really have no idea why our healers are so epic fail (we'll have 5 and they can't keep up 3 very well geared tanks on Patchewerk). So some of them (including the raid leader that shows up late every week) decided that they were going to make an elitist group out of our raiding group to "progress in Naxx doing achievements and be the core group working on Uldaur". This coming from the same group that brought spriests, feral and balance druids and the occasional retadin to MC back in the day.

I've gotten bored with raiding on a rogue. I die in 3 seconds from everything and am tired of the 120g repair bills. So I leveled my arms warrior. Keep in mind this is when fury was omg. So I gear up pretty fast, can consistantly outdamage all the tanks even when offtanking half the instance because our other real tanks can't show up. So I'm to the point where I'm doing say 2100 dps with a crappy blue weapon. Our only consistant shaman, who is one of the most laid back players who allegedly care about progression and just wants to have fun tells me that I should give up playing my warrior since I do poopy damage since I'm arms and no matter what I upgrade I'm still going to be epic fail.

Ok, time to stop playing alliance. So I've been playing my horde mage since and have so far gotten her up to 54. I <3 my horde guild. Has a few people from my orginal alliance guild in it that defuncted to horde.

When the tournament began in 3.1 I had to check it out on my rogue. I get tlaking to our raid leader about why I haven't been alliance side. He tells me "Oh, Iovol probably didn't mean it that way" and that they're done being shitty to people about their specs and damage output.

So what happens the next night? The raid leader tells one of the hunters who has never really raided before in her life except for the previous week that she should never sign up for Naxx again since she sucks too much. gonk She was pulling about 1300 DPS with a level 73 weapon. Yes, this is bad. But honestly she doesn't know what to do in a raid setting. With a little practice, teaching and the new epic engineering gun she got she'll be doing great.

Yay for alliance for turning into loot crazy turds.

I 100% agree with Miss-Mishi, Leadership is everything in a guild. I play horde and my guild leader is a hard a** plain and simple, but he gets the job done and he knows what he is doing. We get 25 naxx,os (3drake) and maly done all in one night so we have enough time to raid with our alts and the new guildies. He says some harsh things but he never leaves it at that, we all help lacking players and give eachother advice to go on. Bottom line your guild sounds like it needs some direction and your Glead isn't up to it = /

YAh same here. When i first joined my current guild, I had done SOME of SSC and TK, but they were already preparing to defeat Illidan by the time I joined them. I had a lot of badge gear and that was about it. I paid attention and they were very patient to me, and now I'm one of their top healers in Ulduar.

Your guild sounds like a bunch of teenage boys who only care about loot and not about the fun. For me, raiding in itself is fun, and the loot is a bonus. In my opinion, stick with your horde guild. Level to 80, re-gear, and play there. It's a GAME. By definition, it is supposed to be FUN. Do what is FUN.

As someone whos played alliance and horde on the same server, I know both factions are full of complete dicks. So dont give us your "Im being clever crossing this out" bullshit :p
