The Amazing Trio!

[pictures and formatting coming soon]

Theme:
I want these three to have a circus theme of sorts, maybe Acrobats, Cirque du Soleil style? It's mostly because of the name. If anybody knows of a similar dish by a different name, please let me know.

Inspiration:
Amazing Trio is a dish served at the best oriental restaurant in my hometown, Yoshi Zushi. It's actually the restaurant I've planned for my rehearsal dinner for my wedding. (They have a MySpace. Check them out, especially if you live in the area.)

Disclaimer:
Yes, I do realize that I can only own two Go Go's at once. I actually only plan to own one of the triplets though I plan to pay for the entire set. Let me know if you're interested in owning one of the other two.

Ingredients:

1 large strawberry, sliced in half
2 small pieces of mango
2 slices of kiwi
2 very thin slices of jalapeño

2 pieces of sushi quality tuna
2 pieces of sushi quality salmon
2 pieces of sushi quality yellow tail

((Unidentified herbs!! I'll add them to the list as soon as I find out what they are...))

special balsamic vinegar reduction
special (secret recipe) sauce

1. Pair the strawberries with the tuna, wrap the salmon around the mango and lay the jalapeño on top of the kiwi on top of the yellow tail.

2. Sprinkle the herbs lightly over each and drizzle both sauces across all three.

To Eat:

Be sure you eat the fruit in the same bite as the fish. It's the most amazing thing you'll have ever eaten in your life, and that's a promise!

Parents:

Japi will be the proud parent of the strawberry and tuna child who will be Maggie (for Maguro, which means tuna).

Let me know if you're interested in one of the other two.
