Zanpakuto: Wangetsu *Crescent* (Appearance in picture.) the spirit is a white fox with a tail that curves like the crescent moon and blue eyes.
Personality: A man of pure wisdom, he is very passionate in what he does and flows in the wrongs as water does through rocks, passing through and eroding it as he passes. Through that wisdom he had learned that the best way through most situations is through a light heart and so he became such, he tends to seem not as serious as his face is but he truly knows what he is doing.

History:Kagen was born in Soul Society and grew up with a rich family, getting everything he ever wanted. When kagen was about five he was already sick of being pampered, he ran away and began to live on his own ward after taking a bit of money knowing that it takes such to trade. By six he had been noticed for his powers being a bit higher than most of the normal children who roamed the streets. He was taken in to become a Shinigami. At Age 19 he learned to use his Zanpakuto.

How it looks:
The unreleased form is a blade colored dark blue.

The blade in the picture with the two moons formed on the blade is the form of Wangetsu in Shikai.

Bankai form: The area becomes a night sky as the sword is thrown up and turned into a crescent moon as stars begin to light up and two other moons are generated. Kagen's clothes change into the robes shown in the picture and Kagen takes a stance for a fist fight. The part of the robe over his left arm acts as a complete shield to all slashes. Its as though that part were another sword itself.

Incantation for Shikai: Bring light to the fading night; Awaken Wangetsu.

Base Abilities:

The powers of Kagen's Wangetsu is of lunar and other celestial figures. Dark Grace for example is like a black hole when one thinks of it. Though there is always a set way to balance the dark and the light. Like the way the moon can shift the tide, Wangetsu can help Kagen control water, but only to a certain degree. Another skill from the Lunar types is gravity. Kagen is capable of changing the temperature of situations and also create extreme impacts with use of gravity.

Spells and Techniques.

Bakudou #61 – Rank B – Rikujoukourou ("Six staves of binding light") Movement of the opponent is bound by six bands of light.
Incantation: Oh guardians of light I call the to my side, use the powers of six to impede my foe, stop him where he stands.

Bakudo # ?? - Rank A – Hanki ("Reverse Demon"): This technique nullifies an opponent's kidō by hitting them with a perfectly opposite surge of energy. Yoruichi uses this against Soifon's shunkō.

Kakushitsuijaku - Bakudou #58. A demon art that allows the user to track and locate anyone within a large radius, but first requiring an elaborate ritual to paint scripture on the ground. Requires training from current or former 3rd, 4th, 13th division Captain,

Gravity Shoot
the ability to freely create a negative gravity affect which repels all. an ability given by the zanpakuto that is available without release.

Yuuen ontei.
Elegant Step.
A Shunpo beyond master shunpo by a bit.

Darkness Gravity Shoot.
Abilty through darkness to control gravity which not only repels but disrupts fields, light, incoming spells and repels with a stronger embrace.

Shikai: Wangetsu.
Calling:
Bring light to the fading night; Awaken Wangetsu.

Atora Gureisu: (Dark Grace: )
A Bakudo like spell from the sword, it absorbs the light from the eyes of its opponents taking in a certain glow as it's strength is increased. The opponent's eyesight is taken to an intense blur with heavy darkness, he can stil see, but atleast with 10% of their eyesight still intact for two posts. The most the opponent will see from this point is the sword which had lit up immensely.

Lunare: Vorace Catena (Lunar: ravenous chain.)
The energy absorbed from the target's eyes is shot from the blade in combinatino of the Reiatsu of Kagen. The slash comes out in three slashes shaped like crescent moons all spinning and turning wildly to create a wide range of some sort.

Bankai: Wangetsu.

Submit
Since the Bankai does not naturally use a weapon the person is set to fight with his fists. This ability allows the attacks to submit a vibration which damages the insides of whatever it hits. The punch is sent from the impact point to far distances as well and the vibrations do not lose pressure as they pass through.

Buraku Houru
Black Hole
An ability of time/space which pulls anything into a dark area through a worm hole where no light exists. release is dependent on Kagen.

Ribareishon
liberation
The ability of Kagen to release whatever Kagen had taken into the black hole. Anything within the dark space is frozen in time and does not age. Kagen at times uses this space to keep

Gravity Pull
The ability of gravity that was not given earlier. Now Kagen is capable of pulling things in which allow his punches to do much more damage.

Through control of gravity Kagen is capable of using a Shunpo way beyond the speeds of a master Shunpo.

Fourth Moon.
The sleeve that appears on Kagen's left arm naturally is activated to be a durable sleeve which is indestructable and can be used as a shield from any scratching slashing or cutting damage.

Offa caelestis (Celestial Mass.)
A technique used in Bankai which blasts the person with an invisible mass of energy with both fists extended out to the chest knuckles in opposite directions and horizontal to each other. This power causes a surge of holy or darkness inside the person creating an imbalance of energies. It also sends the target back with extreme forces and extreme pain as their insides begin to feel pain from the imbalance.*If the person is holy a holly essence materializes in them and vice versa for dark people.*

RinPyouTouShaKaiJinRetsuZaiZen
exorcism purification spell.
An extremely painful technique that blasts the imbalanced energies from the Offa Caelestis from each sweat gland in the body. It causes extreme pain and damages the sweat glands causing the battle to need to halt because the person cannot fight much longer or his body will over heat and likely melt his insides eventually *Three to Four turns*
