========== A very small degree of hope
Your best bet now is to get the boxed sets off the internet, like amazon.com or ebay. Sailor Moon is no longer in America, or hardly any other place in the world
is sufficient to cause the birth of love ==========

I hate to say it but getting a Torrent is the best and cheapest way. Box Sets usually run $150-$200 depending on who you order from. I wish I could afford that crying

I bought my Japanese DVDs of it on eBay; you can get whole seasons for about $40. (Or you could a few years ago anyway; I haven't looked it up lately, but that's what I paid for mine.)
One word of caution though; a lot of the boxsets on there are illegal copies, and it's sometimes hard to tell which ones are real and which aren't. Unfortunately legitimate ones can sometimes be pretty expensive. I don't think mine are the real ones, but I haven't had any problems with the ones I ordered, just that the boxes have artwork from the wrong seasons and small things like that. That and the subtitles are a little weird at times on my fifth season ones.
You can probably also just watch it on YouTube, Veoh, Truveo, or various other video websites; I haven't looked personally but those websites have a lot of anime, usually subtitled.
