You can find traction this year, so more of your plans make it to reality. It's the right timing for an idea that has been in the works (or in your mind) for awhile. Or you see a path to leaving the known, and carving out your own niche -- with your own business, for example. You're known for slow, steady progress. But this year, the pace quickens, and things seem to fall into place.
The planets back up your natural instinct for knowing what's solid, and making the best use of what you've got. Many are open to what you're saying, and looking to you for direction. You know how to re-organize structures, so they'll weather the storm. Trust your vision for what's enduring, and share it confidently with your colleagues.
