Their court responsibilities ranged from tasks such as keeping track of the calendar, to mystical duties such as divination and protection of the capital from evil spirits. They could divine auspicious or harmful influences in the earth, and were instrumental in the moving of capitals. It is said that an onmyōji could also summon and control shikigami.( any questions ask away) Personality: Kawarei is a quite little girl, shorter than most. She is a very outgoing child but doesn't use speech to show it. She wishes to help as many people and sprits that she can muster. This leads her to have plenty of ordeals with hollows and other unworldly beings. ~Background~ Height: 5'1" Weight: 120 Hair: in pic Eyes: in pic Clothing: just regular run of the mill clothing, except for her ceremonial robes. Physical Appearance: skinny History:The Kamo no family has been in a long line of onmyoji. Kawarei was trained at the young age of six to become a high practitioner. Kawarei is the youngest of her family with two sisters and a brother. Even though she is the youngest her powers surpasses all her siblings giving her the position of head of the Kamo no family. Kawarei and her family were always aware of ghost and other paranormal and supernatural beings. Kawarei had dropped out of high school do to her occupation. She is pretty much is a city exorcist to the spirits who can not seem to move on. She hopes that she can return to school but lately there has been more work for her and not all of them seem to be caused just by some regular run of the mill ghost. on another note Kawarei's main element is water Power onmyoji mater of water ~Techniques~ onmyoji arts... control of the five elements using the rules of yin and yang. EDIT: Kawarei has the ability to manipulate the five elements earth wind fire water and spirit to combat paranormal forces. All require an incantation to use. Doll: her doll takes all types of shapes, for it is lighting, but usally looks like a joltion ( the lighting dog thing off of pokemon) which she passes off a a golden retreiver named dendou (electric)
Personality:she kinda has a split personality, because she can become bubbly one minute and the next she'll be extremely angery. her life is basically controled by emotions.

Weight:115 lbs
Hair:short, brown hair
Eyes: big, cute, green eyes
Clothing: she wears yellow mostly, hat, long sleeved sweater, a short brown skirt, big, brown boots and a black cat toy she had since she was 5. ( she claims that it talks to her, but we're not sure)
Physical Appearance:very srong and very fast, though she cant stay like that all the time, she has low stamina. she is quite skinny too.
History: um.. is this thing on? Oh, it is?! sorry about that xd any ways, when I was five, was really when my life started. my mother explained what I was, as a bount. that's why I got this! * shows her cat toy* her name is koneko! whee anyways, she holds onto my doll, dendou. my mom got my doll set up for me when I was young, so that if I ever got attacked by a hollow or maybe a shingami ( why would a shingami attack me anyway? confused ) dendou would protect me (it's ovious that my mom isnt my real mom, but a bount chosen to take care of me). he's my doll, for my mom help me summon him. 3nodding even though he didnt liked being called dendou at first, I started to grow on him.by the time I was 10, I had full control of dendou, because I'd train with him after school, and I used to power him up by a light socket. ( according to him it's just like me taking a bath. he'd have clean, stronger energy to burn) he like eating batteries too. razz I'm glad he's happy. uh oh, going off topic! anyways, I started to act like dendou was my golden retriever when I was 11. I learned cool moves that would have me nicely protected just incase dendou got tired, when I was 12. when I was 14 I noticed that I became insanely strong, that is, when I got angry. and up till now I been training and stuff like that. I am still wondering when I'm going to stop aging......

like I said, her doll takes all types of shapes, for it is lighting, but usally looks like a joltion ( the lighting dog thing off of pokemon) which she passes off a a golden retreiver named dendou (electric). the way dendou is summoned is that he startes off as a yellow marble, which tenka throws up in the air, in which clouds form, and dendou, a bolt of lighting, comes down and turns to the joltion.( the lighting dog thing off of pokemon)
it's powers has fancy terms though they are very basic.
rakurai- a lighting bolt towards an enemy, which REALLY hurts!
daikin- he charges his energy for his next attack, but needs static, eletrical, or lighting in the area to do this.
haburi uyoku- dendou becomes a pair of electerical wings, for takes tenka to safety.
chisoku boruto - dendou runs at speeds that you cant really see him. and he runs straight atthe enemy again and again, which his spikey fur will rib the enemy to shreds!
henshin- this turns dendou to a varity of shapes and sizes, in which he uses to hide himself, or to fight with. all the forms have the lighting attribute.
lighting strike- this forms a blast of thunder from dendou's mouth right at the enemy. this blast is just like a homing missle!
he doesnt know much, but I'm sure tenka will name more!
~Techniques~
hehehe... my turn again! yay! 4laugh my techniques are shadow and light based. and on fire based attack. gotta love my fire ball!
marble twister- it combines black lighting and white lighting into a painful twisting motion! fun fun fun!
shadow whip- ths makes my shadow into a whip that can become dangerously sharp!
light feathers- this makes any light aroung me into feathers that attack and defend me! if dendou blasts them, they become thunder attributed and big enoughto fly on!
fire ball- this is my last power. it makes a firebal in my hands, and eventually to one as big as me, and I simply throw it to attack. but it always burns my hands! *wails* crying
well, there you have it! every single inch of me! please accept me soon! I really want to start role playing!

I'd like to add these abilities to Valentine, my Bount:
Bombardic Homing Ammunition:
These rounds will pass (Not as in ghostlike, but rip through) through all solid objects to hit the target. These rounds actually cannot miss, and if, for instance, someone throws a wall in front of the rounds, they will rip through the stone and continue on to strike the enemy. Spiritual Barriers can block them for a time, but these bullets can break through even those barriers, if the ammunition hits the barrier enough times. Another thing is that each of these shots is powered by the strength that Valentine has. Meaning, getting hit by one of these round hurts like hell, as if you've gotten hit REALLY hard. No matter how hard the skin, there is no way to completely negate the force of these rounds. Meaning, Arrancar skin would be able to negate some of the force, but probably only Half of it at max.
Hurricane Bullet:
This shot infuses the bullet with the element of wind. By firing, a hurricane like blast will shoot forward from Salvation, the force of which can go from a light gust to a full hurricane force wind and beyond.
Vizard Bullet:
A bullet invented just for a Vizard, it's shot will immediately cut off all Vizard powers from the target if it hits for 5 posts.
Arrancar Bullet:
Has the same effect as the Vizard Bullet, but for Arrancar.

In the meantime he realized a cold chill go up his spine. At the time he was 5 and in school even before he went to the principle's office, In every birthday that passed he began to sense spirits and the pressence of the spiritual pressure. He is a junior in high school and noticed his potential in his fighting abilities shortly after abdruptly cutting class, disrupting class,and skipping class.

~Most of your doll techniques have nothing to do with your bount. A doll is munch like a zanpaktou for a bount and the techniques that come along with it.
-Vizard Bullet won't work because it's designed specificly for a faction. If someone had Bount Bullet for an attack it would kinda defeat the purpose of a fight.
-Arrancar Bullet same thing.
-Frozen wasteland I wouldn't say it's a effects are that drastic, it's not like you're aligning your bount doll to the ice elemental for it's a effects to be like toshiro's zanpaktou. if it were aligned that way then it would make sense.
-burning wasteland same thing
-shocking bullet not seven posts long. that's enough time to gather for seven people to make a post.
-erupting bullet 300 feet radius? let's tone it down.
-the bount sounds nice but it seems like you didn't have any direction with the character and you just added a load of random techniques with different effects.

What do you mean? I have a purpose for the character. Very much so. As for the Frozen and Burning Wasteland bullets, along with Erupting bullet, I'd expect they'd be okay after seeing some of the things that the Bounts did in the anime.
The things I have planned for the Bount, I'm trying to keep secret. I don't want EVERYONE in the guild to know about him, you know? Just as there are things about everyone's character that they didn't put it.
There is another reason, but one that I will discuss with you through PM, that I want to make him powerful.
