*The camera fades in to a shot of the ring, decorated with balloons and streamers and the like. Owen takes the mic, in the middle of the ring*
"Hello everyone and welcome to your WIF Champion's party. Now some of you may be wondering why Owen Hart would be throwing such an extravagant celebration. Well, the answer is simple..."
*Owen pauses for a moment, and a banner drops down, reading "GOOD LUCK OWEN HART"*
"I've beaten everyone there is to beat! I'm leaving the WIF to tour the world and take on all comers. Of course, I'm going to be taking this..."
*Holds up Title Belt*
"With me!"

Doink's circus music hit as the owner of the WIF stepped onto the stage.
"Hang on there a second, Owen. You aren't taking that belt anywhere. You're a contracted WIF wrestler, it's exclusive, you signed it. And that title is mine; you're lucky I let you use it. If you want out of your contract, feel free to hand me the WIF title and walk on out. But you're not leaving this company with that belt."

Champions come and go, but as far as the WIF's concerned, I'm the be all, end all, sole constant in this company. Now, I'm giving you one more chance to either give up on this traveling the world...thing or hand me the title, or else you're going to find yourself in a really compromising situation."
