Fairy Tail will be a new side thread as well as new events and plots planned. Minor and major plots to tide people over for the duration of the Manor that don't want to get deeply involved in the Survival horror game.

Fairy Tail the Manga takes place in a world where magic is very forward, the world is made up of guilds and councils, and the wizard's guilds are the most prominent.

Fairy Tail is one of these guilds, and the master there hates the council, and lets his pupils and the members do what they will to become stronger.

The manga centers around Lucy, who joins Fairy Tail in the first manga, Natsu and his partner cat Happy, Ezra, Gray, Mirajane and the master of course.

There are other characters that you learn a little about, some even get a little bio.

I'm only up to volume 6 but this thing has got me hooked lined and sinkered.

The Main Library

There are three tiers to this main part of the library. There are stairs and an elevator available to get you to whatever level you want to be at.

1st Floor: Magazines, New releases, Encyclopedias, Computer lab, and the Reception Desk

The front door leads right into this place. The Reception Desk usually has a librarian NPC, able to direct you to where you need to go.

Doors lead off to various rooms, but we'll get to those later.

2nd Floor: Fiction, Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Romance, Erotica, Western, Supernatural, Realistic Fiction, etc. Also are Study Lounges by the windows

This is also the floor where you can actually shout. Though its not recommended. It does allow for more normal tones of voices.

3rd Floor: Research materials of all kinds. Older periodicals and historical documents exist here. There is also a section for self help books.

The top floor of the library, often the quietest and the least used. Wonder why.

Young Adult Section

This area is right next to the cafe, specifically for those young adults wanting to know all the most popular titles in Manga, books and DVDs. Again, the books do seem to change once in a while... so be sure to check back often! The DVDs for rent are quite extensive, and some are even complete series of shows! Video games are also available upon request.

Children's Library

Off from the main room is a place full of Children's books. Activities like Reading time, Music Day and Movie day happen in here for the kids. There are a few tvs and computers with kid games towards the back of this library. The games are all fun, but rated G.

Another offshoot is an ever changing week to week, or even perspective to perspective, group to group mini museum. The theme typically changes from time to time with what you'd see in a museum, with books, files and objects to match the theme.

Common themes you stumble across here:
Planes
Space Exploration
Military History
The Human Body
The Natural World
History of Magic
Old World Gaia

Political Science/Political Documentation

The way back of the library has its own section set aside for cataloging politics. It ranges from Gaian politics to the politics of otherworldly creatures, and the books change and update. Specific individuals and their political information might be available if they are well known. Documentation on laws of different worlds regarding magic, alignment of planes and rules when attending conferences of various regions are also available for finding.

Because this place is huge and vast (as politics are varied and wide) persons going into this section are granted a wand of finding that helps them easily find the documents they are looking for.

Certain books are not allowed to be checked out from this area, however copying machines have been supplied for a nominal price per page. 5 cents for black and white and 25 cents for colored.

Librarians:

Because of this vast place, there are plenty of librarians (NPC and PC) around to help visitors and regulars out. If you would like to be a librarian... just send in a simple profile with name, description or picture of what you look like, and why you want to be a librarian. We try not to discriminate, but our librarians are expected to be semi-literate. Fancy posting styles are frowned up on, but a picture and colored text is all right.

Current Librarians:

Chris Talespinner (assisted by her Gaian evolution items)
~ Typically in charge of the children's library and most of those activities and putting books back, she does happen to know her way around the library better than most, having spent hours at a time here even when off duty.

Library Events:

As most places, the library has events every now and again, but it is mostly a place for people to come and hang out, as it were. To explore the boundaries of literature. However when we do have events, we will be sure to list them here.
