I absolutely ADORE smoothies made with matcha from Booster Juice, didn't realize you could buy the powdered form from stores!
Thanks for the article, will definitely be looking to buy some. Mmm, homemade smoothies.

Matcha that comes in teabags is a little different, still good, but different.
For the powder, drinking it in green tea form you bring your water almost to a boil and then pour it in, you don't need much matcha (Perhaps 1/4-1/2 a tsp for a small bowl and then you whisk whisk whisk. : D
I actually have matcha to use so I should do that.
Another place you can find cheap good matcha is an asian market.
