I dunno, humans are weird. Have you thought about talking to another doctor or something? Maybe it's something you're eating / not eating. I don't know if I'd call that something some people just do.
I have heart palpitations and my cardiologist found nothing weird... they just happen occasionally. I do notice they happen more often during weird physical things, like stretching over awkwardly especially when crouching.
I also remember I was getting a lot of weird twitching and some involuntary movement when I was getting extremely little sleep. It was several months of like 3-7am sleeping. Right now I sort of sleep like you... 12-2am until 7 to 8am and I'm not getting weird things.

It's probably some kind of syncope. I have neurocardiogenic syncope which means my heart and brain don't communicate with each other the right way and when most people get head rushes by standing up too fast, I past out. I also get head rushes every time I stand up whether or not I did it fast or slow. It's probably something to do with that. I wouldn't worry about it unless it gets worse.
heart I had the head rush very often... but more recently I've started doing pushups regularly and it doesn't happen anymore. I can stand up instantly after them and nothing happens, whereas before I had to sit on the ground for a bit or else I'd black out for 10 seconds.
