This is regarding the Inactive Expert thread I made some time ago. I've received some replies regarding the matter of inactive experts, and I'm still waiting on replies from some others. This is to serve as an update to what's going on about expert position availability. If a position is marked as available in this thread, it means that anyone is able to request the rank in the main rank thread in guild.
