Mommy makes me go outside to go potty and it's raining really hard, and I don't like to go outside in the rain and well, I didn't go outside and I made a puddle on the tile near the door and mommy isn't happy about it. She said I don't get a treat for going potty in the house. Is that fair? I went on the tile near the door, not on the carpet.

watch what you say about my puppy- Hiro really is my cocker spaniel- and he was upset that I got perturbed that he went on the tile floor. And Hiroshi_nakano_koinu- I don't have newspaper- may have to get more puppy wee-wee pads for times like this where we have a lot of rain- he really hates going out in the rain- hates baths too
