Dragon Balls. Seven tiny little balls that can grant your wildest wishes. Not quite. There are rules.
1. To find a dragon ball, you must pass a search DC of 5000.
2. You must possess all seven dragon balls in order to make a wish.
3. To call the dragon forth, you must speak the password. This password is different for different dragons, and was originally created to keep evil people from taking advantage of their power.
4. Once the dragon is called, there are rules for that dragon. Power of the dragons can vary, while certain stipulations can limit the power or direct the dragon's power in a different direction. The dragon will be role-played by a moderator or by the owner of the planet.
5. The wish must be approved by a moderator, and they will lay down the points of that wish.
6. Once a wish is granted, the dragon balls will scatter, and they will be inactive for 6 months of real time. They can still be gathered in this time, but they will be inactive until the six months is up.
7. Remember, there are usually seven dragon balls per planet, and you can't find one if someone else has it. If you pass the check, you roll a random number between 1 and the upper limit. This number decides which dragon ball you find. If this dragon ball is currently owned by someone else, (in the same location as you) you will see that they have it, and you can act as such. If you roll a dragon ball that you already have, then you roll again. If you roll a dragon ball that someone else has, and they're not near you, you can either re-roll or you can meet someone who will tell you where they are/what they look like and that they have it. (You can conversely find a person with a search DC of 2000. For the price of 10000 units of currency or an intimidation/seduction/gather information check of 500, this person will tell you who has the dragon ball/what they look like/where they are.)
Each dragon ball is listed on every planet that has a set. This list contains either the current possessor, or the current situation that the dragon ball finds itself in.
Please note that the dragon balls can be destroyed, but that their magic will not be lost. A dragon ball can be destroyed by focusing 20,000 ki into the ball (By transferring it into the ball. In one session. [see What is D20? Our system for details]. Also, this can be done by inflicting 20,000 damage to it with a ki attack.) This will produce a dragon. This dragon cannot grant wishes, and it cannot be used to make wishes, unless it chooses to refocus itself into a ball. (more details on this when someone decides to screw us over like this XD).

Planet: Earth
Dragon balls:
1: Currently in the possession of a level 10 warrior, with four level 2 henchmen. 2: Currently in the possession of a level 20 warrior. 3: Currently underwater, in an ocean (additional 1000 search DC) 4: Currently underneath a rock slide. The villagers know, and for a gather information check of 200, you can find this out. The dragon ball requires 5 strength checks of 50 to clear the rubble, (alternatively these can be blown apart. Each of ten boulders has 500 HP.) 5: Currently on top of a mountain, protected by a level 15 pterodactyl and its two level 5 nestlings. 6: Currently in a souvenir store. It's worth 10000 units of currency. Conversely, the owner is level 15, and will die before he parts with the ball without his money. 7: Currently in the middle of a field, with shoulder-height grass. (additional 500 search DC.) Watch out for the snakes. (5 snakes of level 5, and 1 of level 10.)
The Earth Dragon, Shenron, has the power to grant one wish per summoning. He can revive as many people as desired and can be phrased in a single sentence. He can grant many wishes, but his power caps out at a single level 45. This means that while he can restore people to life, he can only change someone who's alive if they're under level 45.
Shenron can only bring the same person back twice. After that, he is unable to do anything for them. He also cannot restore the life of anyone who died of natural causes.

The Nexum Dragons, Oka and Akami, have the power to grant one wish per summoning (each). They can revive as many people as desired and can be phrased in a single sentence (Each). They can grant most wishes, but their power caps out at a single level 30. This means that while he can restore people to life, he can only change someone who's alive if they're under level 45.
However, you can request the dragons to fuse for the purpose of this wish, turning them into an S-rank dragon (lvl 60) But then you only get 1 wish.
