For anyone who is an aspiring poet and just needs to get it out.
This poem is my favorite out of all that I have written.
I try not to look
I try not to care
To just read a book
But you are still there
I try not to cry
I try not to cut
An everyday lie
Puts pain in my gut
I try not to hate
I try not to love
But yet I feel fate
Controls me from above
I try not to mind
I try not to end
You know what I find?
I just want to be friends.

Wow, Laelreenia, your poem is excellent! I feel like I can really connect with what you're feeling. You have really good potential. I'd love to read more of your stuff sometime.

Asphyxiation - Crushing the words
That crave to run out of my lips
To burst out
Like a stick of dynamite
Lit up in the hand of a stranger
Refusing to let go
All I wanted to do
Was tell you the naked truth
But sugar-coated, little white lies was
All that would come out

Hehe, thank you ^^ I did send that one to you, I know I did. So It's probably in your folder. I can't wait to send you the new stuff I've written. you're going to love it.
Hey, Laelreenia, you should post another one of your poems in here. Your first one was really freaking good and I'd love to read more.
