"Alright--truth or dare?" He asked, trying to think of what kind of question he'd ask her if she said truth, and what he'd make her do if she chose dare. Maybe it was better to decide after she picked. He smiled and waited patiently.

She paused, then cracked a smile, "Dare, definitely." Unless there was bug eating, then she decided she would rescind her answer. "Hit me with your best shot," she egged, tapping back and forth on the ground with her cane, "Just no long jumps."

Joshua thought about it. He had been counting on her to pick Truth, and so had thought out the question he had planned to ask her. "Okay, you see that slug over there?" He pointed at a rather large slug, that was lazily making it's way across an equally large maple leaf. "I dare you to touch it. Don't squash it though! Just touch it. With your finger." There, that was a good dare. He wasn't even making her pick it up.
"You don't have to, if you really don't want to," he added quickly, ever the gentleman.
