Fixed it. Was missing the "g" from .jpg smile
As to where that scene is from - believe it or not it IS an actual foot tickle scene in an anime! No photoshop. I'll post the video in the vid forum, but the anime is called Zettai Karen Children.

I know, right? That thing looks wicked effective!... Oh! Wait! It IS a machine! I thought it was a buncha mummies - lmao I never noticed how there really weren't any bodies to these things.
What I'm more curious about is the liquid they're pouring on her. Hmmmm - tickle serum? Baby oil? It's pink, and unknown, though it looks like it might be helping with the tickles.
