Nintendo Punk 05 I have a question, just a little odd notice, but it's been bugging me a little bit. Clerks main character was named Dante Hicks, in Mallrats, one of the contestants on the game show was named Gil Hicks (( and subsequentially played by Brian )), what are the relationships between these two characters, and if the given storyline is correct, then wouldn't Dante have been able to find out about Julie (( forgive me if the name is wrong, i forget off of the top of my head what the name of the character that died in the pool's name was )) from Gil Hicks given that the two are possibly brothers? Feel free to correct as neccisary Actually Brian O'Halloran plays a Hicks in each movie. I cant remember what they are all named, In Clerks its Dante, Mallrats Gil, Chasing Amy he plays a CEO who wants to make a cartoon of Bluntman and Chronic, Dogma has Grant a news reporter, and in JaSBsb, he plays Dante again. Same for Clerks 2. I think he was even a Hicks in Jersey Girl where he ran a marketing agency.

kay, my question is-
"There's been some controversy around some of your films. Have you ever felt the need to censor yourself, or ever felt like you might have taken something too far?"

Ok, in about 14 hours, Jiyu and I will be in Indy, and Jiyu will be in line waiting to ask the question selected last week.
Congrats Vulpus for having your question selected, and congrats also to TC Crabtree and Fixate, your questions tied for 2nd place, and they will be the backup questions in the event that Vulpus's gets asked before Jiyu has her turn at the mic.
We are both really excited about this. We have been looking forward to this for some time now, but also, I have been looking forward to sharing as much of this as possible with the members of the guild after we get back.
If I had my way, I'd start typing up the nights events as soon as we got back to our room after the show so that you could all read up on everything that happened as if you were there the very same night. But alas, everyone else made plans for after the show, and the following day, and those plans don't include me in the hotel room plucking away on he keyboard transcribing questions and answers.

Great news!
All the questions on the list ended up getting answered, even the couple I didn't add because they were repeats.
Vulpus, your question had been deemed obsolete by the time Jiyu got to the mic. Someone asked a question about comic books that pretty much answered your question by process of elimination.
With that question taken, Jiyu went on to Fixate's question, which resulted in Smith leering at her, and a whole theater of people thinking that the answer should be obvious considering what he was talking about just before Jiyu asked her question.
Then shortly after that, someone asked TC Crabtree's question, not exactly word for word, but pretty damn close.
So it looks like everybody is a winner!
I don't have enough time here at the hotel to type them up, checkout is in 50 min. So I'm going to have to leave you all hanging until I get home, where I can listen to the recording I made so that I can get the answers word for word as opposed to trying to remember exactly what was said off the top of my head.
